What is unlimited?
Both offers include unlimited SI agents, workflow designs, team users, contacts, pipelines, forms and websites, subject to platform fair use. The work those agents and workflows perform, such as voice minutes, written replies, messages and workflow runs, is metered at published retail rates.
How does metered usage work?
Each metered service has a published retail rate. DIY Base includes a $100 shared monthly usage credit that applies across metered services and does not roll over. You pay only for usage above the credit: extra usage equals your usage minus $100, and never less than zero.
What does the $0.80 voice minute include?
A standard US SI voice minute includes the standard SI model, voice generation, US phone connection, recording and transcription. Those components are not stacked as separate charges. Phone number rental is $6 per month. Other SI models, international calls and paid tools use verified rates or are reviewed by our team.
What does Whiteglove Managed include?
Managed is our enterprise-level offering, with custom pricing starting at $1,000 per month. It includes platform access with no separate $299 charge, setup of the processes in your quote with no separate onboarding fee, SI Strategy Lite and assigned customer success support. Your formal quote defines the scope and support hours.
Why is Managed custom priced?
The monthly service depends on the processes, channels, volumes, integrations and support you need. Our estimate tool gives an indicative view of usage; the Managed monthly service is set only in your formal quote, which follows within two business days of your request.
Does Managed include a usage credit?
Usage on Managed is metered at the same retail rates. Our estimates may assume a $100 monthly allowance for planning; whether an allowance applies, and how much, is set in your formal quote.
How is Whiteglove Onboarding priced?
Whiteglove Onboarding is an optional one-time add-on for DIY Base. Whiteglove Managed includes setup of the processes in your quote, so it has no separate onboarding fee. The $2,500 minimum includes five standard processes, each with one agent, one workflow and up to ten business steps. Each additional process is $250, and each standard step beyond ten in a process is $50. Unused steps are not pooled across processes. For example, eight processes are $3,250, and eight processes where one has 14 steps are $3,450.
Is onboarding required?
No. It is an optional add-on for DIY Base and is never added automatically. Whiteglove Managed includes setup. Requesting a quote does not charge you or start a subscription. Complex integrations and exceptional scope are reviewed by our team before we quote.
Can I host video meetings inside Whiteglove.SI?
Yes. The platform has native meeting rooms for instant, scheduled and permanent meetings. Video meeting minutes and meeting recording are metered at the rates in the full rate card.
How do dollar credit packs work?
Existing customers can buy $25, $50 or $100 in one-time usage credit. Credit packs are separate from subscription signup and from the DIY Base monthly credit.
Can you move our data?
Supported import and export services are included within agreed scope with both offers. A full CRM migration is scoped in writing first, and complex migrations are reviewed and quoted separately.
